MARYLAND, That Section 224 (j) of Article 56 - Licenses,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement
Volume and 1973 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

224.

(j) Any misleading or untruthful advertising,
including advertising property for sale or for rent OR
OFFERING TO BUY PROPERTY as an agent or broker without
disclosing in such advertising the name of the advertiser
or the fact that he is an agent or broker, or where any
such advertising is published over the name of a licensed
real estate salesman, failure to disclose in such
advertisement the name of the broker whom such salesman
is licensed to represent, or

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1974.

FOR the purpose or providing that in Kent County,
alcoholic beverages licenses may be issued for
three—month periods, in addition to the present law
permitting issuances for six, nine, and twelve month
periods; relating generally to alcoholic beverages
licenses in Kent County, and clarifying the
language.
