of payments shall be consis-
tent with the intent that
upper limits do not exceed
amounts paid under Title XVIII
of the Social Security Act
as amended. Such provision
shall apply to all categories

submitting audited costs
shall be reimbursed at a rate
not to exceed $7.00 per day,
per patient.
