AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL NO. 4
By Delegates Helms, Burkhead and Fallon, offered from the floor:

In unit 114 on page 2 of the fourth printing of the third reading file

copy, immediately after the word "FACILITIES" insert the following:
", OIL STORAGE TANK FARMS,".

By Delegate Raymond offered from the floor:
Amendment No. 1—

In unit 92 on page 2 of the third reader file bill, immediately after the
word "REGULATIONS" strike out the comma and insert in lieu thereof
the following words "SHALL BE".

Amendment No. 2—

In unit 92, on page 2 of the third reader file bill, immediately after
the word "SUBTITLE", strike out the comma and insert in lieu thereof
a period; and in the same unit strike out the words "MAY ALSO".

Amendment No. 3—

In units 93 through 107 on page 2 of the third reader file bill, strike
out everything beginning with the word "INCLUDE" in unit 93 down to
and including the word "LOCALITIES" in unit 107.
