Transportation Strategy

FOR the purpose of urging the Governor, through the Department of
Transportation and the Mass Transit Administration, to adopt a major
new transportation strategy for the purpose of reducing the con-
sumption of gasoline in order to ease the impending fuel crisis, and
also to relieve the congestion of traffic, make our highways safer,
and lessen air pollution.
