HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
A House Joint Resolution concerning

Department of General Services—Energy Crisis

FOR the purpose of requesting the Secretary of General Services, in order
to ensure continuation of services and to reduce costs, to devise and
implement measures to conserve consumption of energy by State
facilities under the jurisdiction of the Department of General Services.

Read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
A House Joint Resolution concerning

Public Service Commission—Energy Crisis

FOR the purpose of requesting the Public Service Commission to undertake
an immediate study to determine the relationship between utility
rate structures and demand, and to investigate alternative rate
structures which would encourage conservation of energy resources.

Read the first time and referred to the Committee on Rules.
