In line 2 of the Committee Amendment No. 1, strike the word "JUNE"
and insert in lieu thereof "a certain date".

Amendment No. 11—

In unit 41 of the title of the printed bill (second printing) strike
the language "1, 1974".

Amendment No. 12—

In line 2 of Committee Amendment No. 3, strike the word "JUNE",
and insert in lieu thereof "FEBRUARY".
