Senator Bishop offered the following amendment from the floor.

Courts Article

By Senator Bishop from the floor:
Amendment No. 102—

On page CJ 1-6 of the printed bill, Sec. 1-203, following line 7, insert
the following:

"(C) JUDGE NOT TO HEAR CASE INVOLVING FORMER
PARTNER.

WHILE HE IS RECEIVING PAYMENTS UNDER THIS SEC-
TION, A JUDGE MAY NOT HEAR A CASE IN WHICH A PART-
NER OR EMPLOYEE OF HIS FORMER FIRM OR SUCCESSOR
IN INTEREST IS AN ATTORNEY OF RECORD."
