Amendment No. 34—

In each of lines 18 and 21 on page 7 of the first reader, immediately
after the word "FILED", in each instance, insert the following: ", EX-
CLUDING RETAIL CREDIT ACCOUNTS,".

Amendment No. 35—

In line 30 on page 7 of the first reader, immediately after the word
"LIABILITY", insert the following: "AND THE EXTENT TO WHICH
THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF THE LIABILITY WAS INCREASED
OR REDUCED DURING THE YEAR".

After line 33 on page 7 of the first reader, insert the following language:

"(G) A SCHEDULE OF ALL INTERESTS EXCEEDING THE

OR DEMAND DEPOSITS IN ONE OR MORE FINANCIAL INSTI-
TUTIONS."
