In line 10 on page 8 of the first reader, immediately after the word
"HELD", insert the following: "A REVERSIONARY INTEREST"; and
in line 11 on the same page, strike the words "A REVERSIONARY IN-
TEREST".

In line 15 on page 8 of the first reader, strike the numerals "28-7" and
insert in lieu thereof the numerals "29-7".

Amendment No. 42—

In line 17 on page 8 of the first reader, strike the word "THREE" and
insert in lieu thereof the word "FIVE"; and in the same line, strike the
word "ONE" and insert in lieu thereof the word "TWO"; and in line 19
on the same page, strike the word "AND"; and in line 20 on the same
page, immediately after the word "DELEGATES", insert the following:
", AND ONE, WHO SHALL NOT BE A JUDGE, APPOINTED BY THE
CHIEF JUDGE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS. ONE APPOINTEE OF
THE GOVERNOR SHALL BE FROM THE PRINCIPAL MAJORITY
PARTY AND ONE APPOINTEE SHALL BE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
MINORITY PARTY"; and in each of lines 37, 38 and 39, strike in each
instance the word "TWO", and insert in lieu thereof in each instance the
word "THREE"; and in line 42 on the same page, strike the word "AND",
and in the same line, after the word "SPEAKER", insert the words " AND
