Amendment No. 27—

After line 32 and subsection (B-3) on page 4 of the first reader, insert
the following:

"(B-4) THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELEC-
TION LAWS AND THE LOCAL BOARDS OF ELECTION SUPER-
VISORS SHALL NOT ACCEPT ANY CERTIFICATE OF CANDI-
DACY OR CERTIFICATE OF NOMINATION UNLESS A STATE-
MENT IN PROPER FORM HAS BEEN FILED. WITHIN 30 DAYS
OF THE RECEIPT OF A STATEMENT BY ANY SUCH BOARD,
IT SHALL FORWARD IT TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE."

Amendment No. 28—

In line 48 on page 4 of the first reader, immediately after the period,
insert the following: "THE SECRETARY OF STATE SHALL REQUIRE
THAT ANY PERSON EXAMINING OR COPYING SUCH STATE-
MENTS SHALL RECORD HIS NAME, HOME ADDRESS, AND THE
NAME OF THE PERSON WHOSE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT WAS
EXAMINED OR COPIED."

Amendment No. 29—

In line 1 on page 5 of the first reader, strike the numerals "28-5" and
insert in lieu thereof the numerals "29-5".

In lines 13 through 15 on page 5 of the first reader, strike all language
beginning with ", WHERE" in line 13 and continuing through and includ-
ing "STATE" in line 15.

In line 25 on page 5 of the first reader, strike the word "INITIALLY".

Amendment No. 32—

In line 11 on page 6 of the first reader, strike the period immediately
after the word "FILED", and insert a comma in lieu thereof.

Amendment No. 33—

In each of lines 17 and 20 on page 7 of the first reader, strike in each
instance the phrase "THE END OF THE YEAR", and insert in lieu
thereof in each instance the following: "ANY TIME DURING THE
YEAR".
