Amendment No. 23—

On Page 3-58, in lines 6 and 7, delete the words "ARE NEEDED ELE-
MENTS" and insert in lieu thereof the following: "IS A NEEDED ELE-
MENT"; and in line 38 after the "." insert the following:

"TEMPORARY USES WHICH THE SECRETARY MAY AUTHOR-
IZE MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO PUBLIC REC-

On page 4-1, immediately before line 12, insert the following:

Amendment No. 27—

On Pages 4-1, 4-2, and 4-3, respectively, in lines 12, 14, 1, 5, 7, 11, 1
and 3, respectively, strike the following: "(D)", "(E)", "(F)", "(G)",
"(H)", "(I)", "(J)", and "(K)", respectively, and insert in lieu thereof
the following: "(E)", "(F)", "(G)", "(H)", "(I)", "(J)", "(K)", and
" (L)", respectively.

Amendment No. 28—

On Page 4-9, in line 3, delete the word "AGENCY" and insert in lieu
thereof the word "UNIT"; in line 7 after the word "PERSON" delete
the "," and in line 27 strike the word "PROTECTIVE" and insert the
word "PROTECTION".

Amendment No. 29—

On Page 4-10, in lines 1 and 2, delete the words beginning with the word
"ACCRUING' in line 1 and ending with the word "FEES" in line 2 and
Insert in lieu thereof the following: "RECEIVED FROM ANY FISH
AND FISHERIES LICENSE, STAMP, PERMIT, OR APPLICATION
FEE AS PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, UNLESS OTHERWISE PRO-
VIDED"; in line 25 delete "(A)"; and in line 28 delete the words "MAR-
KETING FISHERIES PRODUCTS AND".

Amendment No. 30—

On Page 4-14, in line 2, delete the word "AUTHROIZED" and insert
the word "AUTHORIZED".
