On Page 4-15, in line 17, delete the words "BUSINESS RECORDS" and
insert the word "PREMISES".

Amendment No. 32—

On Page 4-21, in line 43, delete the word "THE" and insert the word
"ANY"; and in lines 43 and 44 delete the following: "OF THE STATE
APPOINTED BY HIM".

Amendment No. 33—

On Page 4-40, in line 23, delete the words "GAME PROTECTION" and

insert in lieu thereof the following: "FISHERIES MANAGEMENT AND
PROTECTION".

Amendment No. 34—

On Page 4-42, in line 16, after the word "GEAR" insert the following:
"BELONGING TO ANOTHER PERSON".

Amendment No. 35—

On Page 4-44, in line 6, delete the word "ONLY" and in line 7 after the
word "STATE" insert the word "ONLY".

Amendment No. 36—

On Page 4-45, strike lines 11 through 13, inclusive, and insert in lieu
the following:

Amendment No. 37—

On page 4-53, in line 11, delete the words "GAME PROTECTION" and
in lieu thereof, insert the following: "FISHERIES, MANAGEMENT

and in lieu thereof, insert the words "STATE FISHERIES MANAGE-

On page 4-57, in line 9, delete "64", and in lieu thereof, insert "65".

Amendment No. 39—

On page 4-58, strike all of line 9, and insert in lieu thereof the following:

Amendment No. 40—

On page 4-61, in line 16, strike the word "PROHIBIITED", and in lieu
thereof, insert the word "PROHIBITED"; and in line 19, immediately
after the word "DEALER", insert the following: "IN MONTGOMERY,
FREDERICK, AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES"; and in lines 20 and 21,
delete the words "IN MONTGOMERY, FREDERICK, AND WASH-
INGTON COUNTIES".
