Amendment No. 15—

On page 2 of the amendments by the Committee immediately following
line 36 of Amendment No. 2 and subsection (F) thereof, insert a new
subsection to read as follows:

"(G) A COPY OF THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT TRANS-
MITTED UNDER SUBSECTION (F) OF THIS SECTION SHALL
BE RETAINED BY THE PERSON OR AGENCY TRANSMITTING
IT TO THE SECRETARY OF STATE.".
