PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION IS INACCURATE, HE MAY ORDER
A SURVEY OF WHAT HE BELIEVES HAS BEEN MAPPED
INCORRECTLY. THE COST OF THE SURVEY IS RECOVERABLE
FROM THE OPERATOR AS OTHER DEBTS ARE RECOVERABLE BY
LAW. HOWEVER, IF THE MAP CLAIMED TO BE INACCURATE IS
FOUND TO BE SUFFICIENTLY ACCURATE FOR ITS INTENDED
PURPOSE, THE REASONABLE COST OF THE SURVEY IS PAYABLE
BY THE STATE.

7-402. DUTIES OF MINE OPERATORS; REPORT OF CONDITION
OF MINE.
(A) ANNUAL REPORT OF MINE OPERATOR.--EVERY
OPERATOR OF A MINE IN THE STATE SHALL MAKE A REPORT
TO THE BUREAU ANNUALLY, UNDER OATH, BEFORE MARCH 1, ON
FORMS THE BUREAU FURNISHES COVERING FACTS REGARDING
THE PRODUCTION AND CONDITIONS OF THE MINE DURING THE
PRECEDING CALENDAR YEAR, AS THE BUREAU MAY REQUIRE.

(B) REPORT ON CONDITION OF MINE - BITUMINOUS
COAL MINES.—BY THE 25TH DAY OF EACH MONTH, IF THE

MINE SHALL MAKE A REPORT TO THE DISTRICT MINE
INSPECTOR, UPON FORMS THE BUREAU FURNISHES, WHICH
COVERS FACTS REGARDING THE PRODUCTION AND CONDITIONS
