(D) ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS NOT INCONSISTENT
WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BUREAU.—SUBJECT TO THE
DIRECTOR'S APPROVAL, EACH MINE OPERATOR MAY ADOPT
RULES AND REGULATIONS, NOT INCONSISTENT WITH THE

DEEMED TO HAVE NOTICE OF AND TO HAVE AGREED TO THE
RULES AND REGULATIONS. HOWEVER, NOTHING IN THIS
SECTION DEPRIVES THE OPERATOR OF ANY MINE SUBJECT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE OF ANY POWER OF
OWNERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, AND CONTROL NOT AFFECTED BY
THIS SUBTITLE OR EXISTING LAW.

as Article 66C, section 527 of the Code.
