EASTERN LAND CORPORATION AND PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC
COMPANY DATED JUNE 8, 1942. HOWEVER, THE DEPARTMENT,
FOR PROPER FISH MANAGEMENT, MAY CLOSE AS MANY AS THREE
TRIBUTARIES TO THE LAKE FOR THEIR LENGTH, AT ANY ONE
TIME, OR PROHIBIT FISHING DURING THE PERIOD BETWEEN
ONE HOUR AFTER SUNSET AND HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SUNRISE
IF NECESSARY TO POLICE THE AREA PROPERLY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 222 of the Code.
The lease referred to in this section is
still in effect. The only other changes
made are in style.

{C) EFFECT OF SECTION ON LEASE FROM EASTERN LAND
CORPORATION AND PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC COMPANY. - THIS
SECTION DOES NOT CHANGE, MODIFY, OR ENLARGE IN ANY
MANNER, ANY TERM OF THE LEASE FROM THE EASTERN LAND
CORPORATION AND THE PENNSYLVANIA ELECTRIC COMPANY TO
THE STATE FOR THE DEPARTMENT TO USE THE DEEP CREEK
LAKE AREA, NOR AFFECT, IN ANY MANNER, THE RIGHTS,
PRIVILEGES, AND RESERVATIONS OF THE LESSORS IN THE
AREA.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 223 of the Code.
The nomenclatural changes reflect Chapter
348, Acts of 1972. The only other changes
made are in style.

4-626. SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.

IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER PENALTY PROVIDED IN THIS
TITLE, ANY PERSON WHO IS CONVICTED OF A SECOND
VIOLATION OF ANY RULE OR REGULATION ADOPTED BY THE
DEPARTMENT PURSUANT TO THE PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE
SHALL HAVE HIS LICENSE SUSPENDED IF THE VIOLATION
OCCURS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF ANY PRIOR VIOLATION OF THE
SAME RULE OR REGULATION.

REVISOR's NOTE: This section is new language
derived from the last sentence of Article
66C, section 230 of the Code, as amended by
Chapter 181, Acts of 1972. The other
provisions of the section are proposed for
deletion in light of the uniform penalty
provision of this title.

This last provision is retained, however,
because it is distinct from and not covered
by the uniform penalty provision.
