568                                       LAWS OF MARYLAND                            [Ch. 4

WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT'S JURISDICTION SHALL KEEP
ACCURATE BOOKS, STATEMENTS, AND ACCOUNTS SHOWING EVERY
DETAIL OF THE BUSINESS. EVERY BOOK, STATEMENT, AND
ACCOUNT SHALL BE OPEN FOR THE DEPARTMENT TO INSPECT AT
REASONABLE HOURS. EVERY PERSON ENGAGED IN THE
BUSINESS OF PACKING OR DEALING IN ANY FISH RESOURCE
WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT'S JURISDICTION, AND EVERY PERSON
THE DEPARTMENT LICENSES TO CATCH THE RESOURCE SHALL
MAKE ANY REPORT THE DEPARTMENT REQUIRES ON FORMS THE
DEPARTMENT PRESCRIBES.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 13G{a), as amended
by Chapter 15 Acts of 1972 of the Code. It
is placed in this subtitle because it
applies to the entire title.

The reference to firm or corporation is
included in the definition of person under
section 4-101(j) of this title.

The only other changes made are in style.

(C) EMPLOYEE OF EXECUTIVE BRANCH MAY NOT REVEAL
INFORMATION IN REPORTS; EXCEPTION. - AN OFFICER OR
EMPLOYEE OF ANY DEPARTMENT OR [[AGENCY]] UNIT OF THE
EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF STATE GOVERNMENT MAY NOT DIVULGE
OR USE IN ANY MANNER INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ANY
REPORT SUBMITTED PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
SECTION THAT WOULD REVEAL THE INCOME OF ANY
PERSON[[,]] SUBMITTING THE REPORT. THIS SECTION DOES
NOT PROHIBIT THE PUBLICATION OF STATISTICS CLASSIFIED
TO PREVENT THE IDENTIFICATION OF PARTICULAR REPORTS
AND ITEMS OF THEM, OR TO PROHIBIT INSPECTION OF
REPORTS AND RECORDS BY ANY OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE OF THE
EXECUTIVE BRANCH HAVING A PROPER INTEREST IN THEM.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection presently appears
as Article 66C, section 13G(b) of the Code.
The present reference to "firm or
corporation" is proposed for deletion in
light cf the definition of "person" set
forth in section 1-101. This subsection
may not permit the withholding of certain
information from the Internal Revenue
Service; Op. Atty. Gen. 3/29/73; Daily
Record 5/26/73.

The only other changes made are in style.
