Code to the session laws; to enact a new §64A of
Art. 89B of the Code, title "State Roads", under
the new subtitle "Cattle Crossings"; to provide
for the effect, construction, and effective date
of provisions of the Act; to provide for the
continuation in office of certain personnel and
the retention of certain property, credits, and
obligations of certain agencies; and to make the
Act an emergency measure.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
OF MARYLAND, That a new Article of the Annotated Code
of Maryland, designated "Agriculture", be and it is
hereby enacted, to read as follows:

TITLE 1. DEFINITIONS.
SEC. 1-101. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN THIS ARTICLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE
MEANINGS INDICATE!.
