ACTIVITY PROHIBITED BY SUBPARAGRAPH (I) ABOVE.

(3)   EXHIBITING OR SHOWING ANY MOTION PICTURE FILM,
STILL PICTURE, ELECTRONIC REPRODUCTION OR OTHER VISUAL
REPRODUCTION DEPICTING:

(I) ACTS OR SIMULATED ACTS OF SEXUAL INTERCOURSE,
MASTURBATION, SODOMY, BESTIALITY, ORAL COPULATION,
FLAGELLATION OR ANY SEXUAL ACTS WHICH ARE PROHIBITED
BY LAW.

(II)  ANY PERSON BEING TOUCHED, CARESSED OR FONDLED ON
THE BREAST, BUTTOCKS, ANUS OR GENITALS.

(III)  SCENES WHEREIN A PERSON DISPLAYS THE VULVA OR THE
ANUS OR THE GENITALS.

(IV) SCENES WHEREIN ARTIFICIAL DEVICES OR INANIMATE
OBJECTS ARE EMPLOYED TO DEPICT. OR DRAWINGS ARE
EMPLOYED TO PORTRAY, ANY OF THE PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
DESCRIBED ABOVE.

(4)   PERMITTING ANY PERSON TO REMAIN IN OR UPON THE
LICENSED PREMISES WHO EXPOSES TO PUBLIC VIEW ANY
PORTION OF HIS OR HER GENITALS OR ANUS.

(B) NO PROVISION OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE DEEMED TO
PERMIT ANY CONDUCT OR FORM OF ATTIRE PROHIBITED BY ANY
OTHER PROVISION OF STATUTE, ORDINANCE, RULE OR
REGULATION IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if any word, phrase,
provision or portion of this Act be held in a court of competent jurisdiction to be
unconstitutional or invalid, the unconstitutionality or invalidity shall apply only to
such word, phrase, provision or portion, and for this purpose the provisions of this
Act are declared to be severable.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1973.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5.2.(E)(1) of Chapter
425 of the Acts of 1971, and Section 5.2.(F)(1)(b) of Chapter 179 of the Acts of
1972 said [[Chapter 42511 Chapters 425 and 179 being the General
Construction [[Loan of 1971]] Loans of 1971 and 1972 and Section 5.2.(F)(7)
of Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972, said Chapter 179 being the General
Construction Loan of 1972, to eliminate the reference to the number of beds in
the appropriation for planning and preparation of preliminary plans and
specifications for a Regional Institute for Children including air conditioning;
