Amendment No. 753

[[To amend Supplemental Budget No. 1 to provide that reductions to
supplemental budget number one in the amount not to exceed $929.802 in the
General Fund shall remain in the budget to offset the Executive reduction in the
same amount from the Social Services Administration - Public Assistance
Payments to provide that this amount shall be used to increase public assistance
payments to eligible recipients, if sufficient funds are available. This amount of
$929.802 in the General Fund, appropriately matched with Federal Funds shall be
used for public assistance payments only and shall not revert to the General
Fund. ]]

Amendment No. 754

To amend proposed Section Number 8 of the Budget Bill, known as
Amendment Number 676. to clarify the intent of said section by deleting the word
"other" on line 15 of said amendment and adding in lieu thereof the words "an
equal number of".

To amend the appropriation on Page 21 of the Printed Bill to provide a
$125,000 reduction in the amount for the State's Share of social security
contributions by deleting the amounts shown in the printed bill for this purpose
and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
