MARYLAND STATE POLICE - TRUCKING ENFORCEMENT

35.06.03.01 Trucking Enforcement

Funds appropriated to the Department of
Transportation-Office of the
Secretary will be utilized to support
on a contractural basis enforcement of
truck weight and size limitations.
Authorization is hereby granted to use
such payments from the Department
of Transportation as Special Funds for
operating expenses under Program
35.06.03.01 Trucking Enforcement.
