Funds appropriated to the Department of
Transportation - Maryland Transportation
Authority to support highway safety will be used to
defray the cost of Maryland State Police patrolling
this highway. Authorization is hereby granted to use
such payments from the Department of
Transportation as Special Funds for operating
expenses under Program 35.06.01.05 John F.
Kennedy Memorial Highway.
