FOLLOWING MORNING AND ON

(d) On Sundays, during the hours of 12:30 p.m. and [[10:00 p.m.]] 1:00 A.M.
THE FOLLOWING MONDAY prevailing time, bona fide hotels and restaurants
AND TAVERNS holding a seven (7) day Class B_ beer, wine and liquor license
under Section 19(m) AND SECTION 21(I-1) of this article shall he. permitted to
serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises [[only as a supplement
to meals and only when seated at a table (and not from a bar or bar stools)]], or
to conventions or such other groups as may be approved by the board of license
commissioners, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 25(k) and 25(k-l) of
this article. On Sundays, during the hours of 12:30 p.m. and [[10:00 o'clock
p.m.]] 1:00 A.M. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY prevailing time, bona fide
concessioners at the Ocean City Convention Hall holding a seven (7) day Class B
OR CLASS C beer, wine and liquor license under Section 19 (m-l) of this article
shall be permitted to sell, barter, deliver, give away or otherwise dispose of
alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises of the Convention Hall if so
authorized by the Ocean City Convention Hall Commission.

(e) Clubs under Section 20(m-l-a) which qualify for a seven-day license shall be
permitted to serve alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises only [[as a
supplement to a meal]] on Sundays during the hours of 12:30 p.m. and [[10:00
p.m. ]] 1:00 A.M. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY, prevailing time.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public health and safety and having been passed by a yea and nay vote
