present Section 13(k) of the same Article and title, subtitle "Beer and Light Wine
Licenses," be and it is hereby renumbered to be new Section 13(l); [[and]] that
new Section 13(k) be and it is hereby added to the same Article, title, and subtitle
to follow immediately after Section 13(j) thereof: that present Section 14(1) of the
same Article, title and subtitle, be and it is hereby renumbered to be new Section
14(m) thereof: that new Section 14(1) be and it is hereby added to the same Article,
title and subtitle, to follow immediately after Section 14(k) thereof: that present
Section 15(i) of the same Article, title and subtitle, be and it is hereby renumbered
to be new Section 15(j) thereof; [[and] that new Section 15 (i) be and it is hereby
added to the same Article, title and subtitle, to follow immediately after Section
15(h) thereof: that present Section 16(j) of the same Article, title and subtitle, be
and it is hereby renumbered to be new Section 16(k) thereof; that new Section
16(j) be and it is added to the same Article, title and subtitle, to follow
immediately after Section 16(i) thereof; that Sections 19(m), 21(i-l), 25(k), 106(d)
and 106(e) of the same Article and title, subtitles "Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses", "Special and Temporary Licenses" and "Hours and Days for Sale",
respectively; that Section 106(c) of the same Article and title, subtitle "Hours and
Days for Sale", be and it is hereby repealed in its entirety and that new Section
106(c) is added in lieu thereof: to stand in the place of the Section so repealed: and
all to read as follows:

The board of liquor license commissioners of Worcester County,
notwithstanding any other provisions of this subtitle, shall set the fees for beer and
beer and light wine licenses throughout Worcester County, and said fee shall be
not less than $50.00 nor more than $250.00 annually.]

(K) IN WORCESTER COUNTY THE ANNUAL SIX (6) DAY LICENSE
FEE SHALL BE [[SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75)]] ONE HUNDRED
TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00) AND THE ANNUAL SEVEN (7) DAY
LICENSE FEE SHALL BE ONE HUNDRED [[DOLLARS ($100)]] FIFTY
DOLLARS ($150.00). THE HOURS FOR SALE SHALL BE AS PROVIDED
IN SECTION 106(C) OF THIS ARTICLE.

[(k)] (L) This section shall not apply to Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City,
nor to Baltimore, Charles, Harford, and St. Mary's counties, in all of which
jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.

(K) IN WORCESTER COUNTY THE ANNUAL SIX (6) DAY LICENSE
FEE SHALL BE TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00). THE ANNUAL
SEVEN (7) DAY LICENSE FEE, WHICH SHALL BE AVAILABLE ONLY
IN THE TENTH ELECTION DISTRICT, SHALL BE TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00). THE HOURS FOR SALE SHALL BE [[THE
SAME AS FOR CLASS B LICENSES]] AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 106(C)
OF THIS ARTICLE.

[[(k)]] (L) This Section shall not apply to Baltimore City nor to Allegany,
Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Charles, Garrett, Harford, Howard and St. Mary's
counties, in all of which jurisdictions such licenses shall not be issued.
