COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

HEALTH UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 12, SUB-TITLE 1
OF THE HOWARD COUNTY CODE, TITLE "BOARD OF HEALTH."

[[3.710 SUPPLEMENTARY RAT-PROOFING POWERS TO BOARD OF
HEALTH

THE BOARD OF HEALTH OR THE COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
MAY REQUIRE THAT THE FOOD BUSINESS STRUCTURE ABOUT
WHICH A COMPLAINT IS MADE BE RAT-PROOFED UNDER THE
RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED PURSUANT TO THIS
SUB-TITLE. ]]

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE
COUNTY COUNCIL OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that this
Act shall take effect sixty (60) days after enactment.

This Bill, having been approved by the Executive and
returned to the Council, stands enacted on November
16, 1972

COUNCIL BILL NO. 47

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section
12.204 of title 12 of the Howard County Code,
title "Health and Social Services," subtitle
"Board of Health." Providing for abatement of
nuisances, and conditions dangerous to health as
they relate to infestation by insects, vermin and
rodents and rat harborage and rat infestation in
food businesses and generally relating to matters
of health.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF HOWARD COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 12.204 of
title 12 of the Howard County Code title "Health and
Social Services" subtitle "Board of Health," be and is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:

12.204 — Nuisances, Conditions Dangerous to Health —
Abatement
