(2) The assessment district and community wherein
the property is located; and the street number, side
of road, and closest known street intersection.
(3) A title reference to the latest recorded deed
or estate.
(4) The present zoning classification, and the
class proposed; each reclassification shall have a
separate application.
(5) The area (in square feet or acres) of the
property proposed for reclassification, special
exception or variance.
(6) The application number and date of
application, and dates and action taken on all
applications filed within the three (3) previous years
for reclassification, special exception or variance of
the whole, or any part, of the land set forth in the
application presently being submitted.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law, only to the extent that the
provisions thereof take effect in each tax assessment
district, on a district by district basis, when the
comprehensive zoning maps are adopted and become
effective in each of said tax assessment districts.

Districts," Heading, "General Provisions,"
Subheading "R2 — Residential Districts," to
correct an error, to permit by special exception
