COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments.
Section 13-338.5(a) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning," Subtitle 3, "Alternate
Zoning Regulations"; Article X, "Administration
and Procedure," Heading "General Provisions," to
authorize the County to apply for a zoning
amendment, special exception or variance.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
13-338.5(a) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning," Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations,"
Article X, "Administration and Procedure," Heading,
"General Provisions," be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 13-338.5. Form.
(a) An application for amendment, special
exception or variance shall be made only by THE
COUNTY, a person, firm or corporation having not less
than a ten percent (1055) financial. contractual or
proprietary interest in the property to be affected.
FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS ARTICLE, THE COUNTY SHALL BE
DEEMED TO HAVE PROPRIETARY INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY IF
SAID PROPERTY IS UNDER THE THREAT OF CONDEMNATION.
All of such application shall be submitted in
triplicate on forms supplied by the office of planning
and zoning, and shall set forth the following
information:
(1) The names and addresses of all persons, firms
or corporations having a ten percent (1055) financial,
contractual or proprietary interest in the property to
be affected.
