SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
13-305.1(1) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning," Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations,"
Article III, "Residential Districts," Heading,
"General Provisions," Subheading, "R2 — Residential
Districts," be and it is hereby repealed and
re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13-305.1

(1) All uses set forth in Section [13-303.2]
13-304.1 with the exception of airports, airfields,
animal hospitals, heliports and helipads, commercial
recreational campgrounds, commercial recreational
establishments and rifle, pistol, skeet and archery
ranges.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That if
any provision of this ordinance or the application
thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law, only to the extent that the
provisions thereof take effect in each tax assessment
district or portion thereof when the comprehensive
zoning maps are adopted and become effective as to
such tax assessment district or portion thereof.
