beings, or any barn, stable or other building commonly
used by human beings, for any purpose, without the
express permission of the owner, occupant or lessee
thereof [, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon
conviction, shall be fined not more than twenty-five
dollars and court costs].,
(B) NO PERSON EXCEPT A POLICE OFFICER IN THE
LINE OF DUTY SHALL SHOOT, FIRE OR DISCHARGE ANY
FIREARM, GUN, RIFLE, PISTOL OR OTHER CONTRIVANCE WHICH
EXPELS ANY MISSILE ON ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY ANNE
ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND. UPON REQUEST, THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SHALL POST ON SUCH PROPERTY
"NO TRESPASSING" SIGNS, NOTIFYING THE PUBLIC THAT THE
DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS AS AFORESAID IS ILLEGAL.
(C) ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF A VIOLATION OF THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR, AND SHALL BE FINED NOT MORE THAN
TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) AND COURT COSTS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-601B to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation," Subtitle 6,
"Water and Wastewater Charges and Assessments,"
to follow immediately after Section 17—601A
thereof; to repeal Sections 17-602[[, 17-605(c),
17-606(c) , ]] and 17-610 through 17-613,
inclusive, of said Code, Title and Subtitle, and
to enact new Sections 17-602[[, 17-605(e),
17-606(e),]] and 17-610 through 17-613,
inclusive, in lieu thereof, to stand in the place
of the Sections so repealed; to repeal and
re—enact, with amendments. Sections 17-604A,
17-605(b), [[(d), (e), (g) , (h) and (i) ,
17-606(b), (d) , (e) , (g) and (h) , ] ] 17-607 (a) and
(b) and 17-608 (b) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle; to repeal Sections 17—606A and 17—613.1
