COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
"Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to
follow immediately after Section 6-115 thereof, to
read as follows:
Section 6-116
IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO SMOKE OR
CARRY A LIGHTED PIPE, CIGAR OR CIGARETTE ON ANY PUBLIC
PASSENGER MOTOR BUS. ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A
MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON CONVICTION THEREOF, SHALL BE
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
FOR EACH AND EVERY SUCH VIOLATION.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 6—107 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes
and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally",
making it a crime to discharge firearms on County
owned property, providing penalties for violation
thereof, and matters generally related thereto.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 6-107
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", be, and it is hereby repealed
and re—enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 6-107
(A) [Any] NO person EXCEPT A POLICE OFFICER IN
THE LINE OF DUTY [who] shall shoot, fire or discharge
any firearm, gun, rifle, pistol or other contrivance,
which expels any missile of mechanical means in the
county, within one hundred yards of any house,
residence or other building or camp, occupied by human
