AN ORDINANCE to add new Section     10-105 to the Anne

Arundel County Code        (1967 Edition and

Supplements), Title 10,        "Fire Protection",

Subtitle 1, "Generally",     to follow immediately
after Section 10-104 thereof, to require the Fire

Department to administer     the affairs of the
ambulance service.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section
10—105 be, and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 10,
"Fire Protection", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to follow
immediately after Section 10-104 thereof, to read as
follows:

Section 10-105

IN ADDITION TO THOSE DUTIES SET FORTH IN SECTION
547 OF THE CHARTER OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND,
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
ADMINISTRATION OF THE AFFAIRS OF THE COUNTY AMBULANCE
SERVICE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", to follow immediately
after Section 6—115 thereof, to prohibit smoking
or carrying lighted pipes, cigars or cigarettes
on public passenger motor buses; to provide
penalties for the violation thereof; and matters
generally related thereto.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section
6—116 be, and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6,
