(6)   On page 21, line 13, paragraph 3 of
the Odenton Plan, strike the words "fairly specific"
immediately preceding the words "locations", and
insert the word "general" in lieu thereof.

(7)   On page 26, line 7, paragraph 1 of the
Odenton Plan, strike the words "and detailing"
immediately following the word "extension".

(A-1) THE BOUNDARY OF THE CONSERVATION DISTRICT

(SHOWN ON THE ODENTON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN - 1990

PROPOSED LAND USE MAP AS THE AREA LYING WITHIN THE

LITTLE PATUXENT RIVER ON THE NORTH AND EAST, THE

SOUTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF FORT GEORGE G. MEADE ON THE

NORTH AND WEST, THE PATUXENT RIVER ON THE WEST AND

SOUTH, AND GENERALLY BOUNDED BY THE SEVENTY-FIVE FOOT

(75') CONTOUR___INTERVAL TOWARD THE INTERIOR OF SAID

CONSERVATION DISTRICT) IS HEREBY AMENDED TO THE__FIFTY

FOOT (50') CONTOUR INTERVAL OR THE ONE HUNDRED (100)
YEAR FLOOD PLAIN, WHICHEVER, IS GREATER.

(b) A certified copy of said development
plan and accompanying report shall be kept permanently
on file with the Secretary of the County Council, and
a true test copy of said plan and report shall re kept
permanently on file in the Office of Planning and
Zoning.

SECTION [[3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
the]] 13-402. THE General Development Plan, as
[[amended ]] SET FORTH IN SECTION 13-400 HEREOF SHALL
be used as a guide in the future development of land
and the location of public facilities by Anne Arundel
County.

SECTION [[4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it
is the intention of this Council that the]] 13-403.
THE provisions of this [[enactment]] SUBTITLE shall
not be construed to evidence or constitute mistake in
the present zoning map or change in the character of
any neighborhood.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.
