[[adopted by Bill No. 6-68 and amended by Bill No.

95-69 be, and it]] HEREINABOVE SET FORTH IN SECTION

13-400 is hereby further amended by the adoption of
the Odenton Development Plan and the Odenton
Development Plan Report by Planners, Incorporated,
dated August, 1971, and submitted by the Office of
Planning and Zoning. The body of said Odenton Plan is
incorporated herein by reference as if fully set
forth, and is amended as follows:

(1)   On the Title Page of said Odenton
Plan, strike the word "Detailed" immediately preceding
the word "Development" and insert the word "General"
in lieu thereof.

(2)    On the Abstract page, line 1,
paragraph 11 of the Odenton Plan, and line 4,
paragraph 3, respectively, strike the word "Detailed"
immediately following the colon, and insert the word
"General" in lieu thereof.

(3)    On the Abstract page, line        26,
paragraph 10 of the Odenton Plan, strike the   words
"and detailing" immediately following the        word
"extension".

(4) On the Preface page of the Odenton
Plan, line 13, paragraph 3, strike the word "Detailed"
immediately preceding the word "Development", and
insert the word "General" in lieu thereof.

(5) On page 12, line 13, Part III,
paragraph 1 of the Odenton Plan, strike everything
