SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes lav.

AN ORDINANCE to [[repeal and re-enact, with

amendments,] ] add new Sections 13—400 through

13—403, inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County

Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 13,

"Planning and Zoning", to follow immediately

after Rule XVIII of Section 13-360 thereof and to
be under the new Subtitle 4, "General Development
Plan"; to amend the General Development Plan for
Anne Arundel County, Maryland, [[as]] in the
Odenton area (said plan having been adopted by
Bill No. 6-68 and amended by [[Bill No. 95-69, to
amend the General Development Plan for Anne
Arundel County in the Odenton area]] Bills Nos.
95—69 and 79—71); and to codify said plan
amendments.

WHEREAS, The County Council of Anne Arundel
County had directed the Office of Planning and Zoning
to prepare a General Development Plan to shed light on
the impact of the future growth in the County; and
