AN ORDINANCE to repeal Title 3, "Buildings", Subtitle
3, "Electrical Requirements", of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), to
repeal the provision which adopted the 1965
edition of the National Electrical Code.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 3, "Electrical Requirements" of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 13-343.18 (6) (formerly Section 13-352.19
(6)) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements, as enacted by Bill No.
16—71, as added or amended), Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations",
Article XI, "Special Exceptions", Heading,
"Specific Standards", Sub—heading, "Other Special
Exceptions", to permit the density of mobile home
parks to exceed that of the district in which the
park is situate.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
13-343.18 (6) (formerly Section 13-352.19 (6)) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements, as enacted by Bill No. 16—71, as added or
amended), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Zoning Regulations", Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", Heading, "Specific Standards",
