COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid
for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the
other provisions or any other application of this
Ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provisions or application, and to this end,
all the provisions of this ordinance are hereby
declared to be severable.

SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes las.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to re-enact Section 13-327.6
(13) (formerly Section 13-320.6 (13)) of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements, as added by Bill No. 44-70, and as
last amended by Bill No. 9-72), Title 13,
"Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning
Regulations", Article VII, "Off-Street Parking",
setting forth the parking requirements for retail
and service businesses.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
13-327.6 (13) (formerly Section 13-320.6 (13)) of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements
as added by Bill No. 44-70, and as last amended by
Bill No. 9-72), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning",
Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations", Article VII,
"Off—Street Parking", be, and it is hereby re-enacted,
to read as follows:

Section 13-327.6

(13) Retail and Service Same 1 for each
Businesses                                          160 square

feet of
floor area

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency
