(b) of this Ordinance, any fees in excess of [[three

effective date of this Ordinance which the provisions
hereof now limit to [[three hundred seventy five

shall be refunded upon application by the appealing
party or parties to the Controller.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That in
accordance with the provisions of Section 2 1-301 of
the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 21, "General Provisions, Penalties
and Rules of Interpretation", Subtitle 3, "Rules of
Interpretation", the catchlines or section headings of
the several sections of this Ordinance are intended as
mere catchwords to indicate the contents of said
Section, and shall not be deemed or taken to be titles
of such Sections, nor as any part of said Section.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 3-208 (8) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements, as added or amended by Bill No.
15-72), Title 3, "Buildings", Subtitle 2,
"Structural Requirements", to follow immediately
after Section 3-208 (7) thereof, to delete
certain references to volume computation in the
Basic Building Code, Fifth Edition, 1970, and
Accumulative Supplement, 1971, as published by
the Building Officials Conference of America,
Inc.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That new Section
