Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements, as
added or amended by Bill No. 15-72), Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 2, "Structural Requirements", to
follow immediately after Section 3-208 (7) thereof, to
read as follows:

Section 3-208

(8) STRIKE ALL OF SECTION 119.0, "VOLUME
COMPUTATION".

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments.
Sections 12-1301, 12-1303 and 12-1316 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses, Permits and
Franchises", Subtitle 13, "Taxicabs", to make
certain technical corrections in the law, and to
change the area exempted by the provisions of
this subtitle for taxicabs licensed by the City
of Annapolis; to repeal and re—enact, with
amendments, Sections 12-1307, 12-1310, 12-1313,
12-1317, 12-1334, [[12-1336 (c)]]and 12-1337 to
said Code, Title and Subtitle, to increase the
registration fees for taxicabs, to provide for
the display of permit cards on taxicabs, to
require obliteration of identifying marks from
taxicabs withdrawn from service, to require
either snow tires or chains and speedometers in
proper working condition on taxicabs, to require
records concerning taxicab licenses to be
maintained by the Department of Inspections and
Permits, to require accident reports to be filed
with the Department of Inspections and Permits,
