COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", be, and it is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty—five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 6-100 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes
and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to
permit consumption of alcoholic beverages on any
Fire Department premises for social or fund
raising events.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section 6-100
of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Section 6-100
The consumption of alcoholic beverages upon the
courthouse premises and on any other premises owned
and utilized for and on behalf of the county at any
time, including the holiday season, is prohibited [(]
except for the sale and consumption of beer on the
[[General's]] DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER Golf Course [)], OR
ON ANY FIRE DEPARTMENT PREMISES FOR SOCIAL OR FUND
RAISING EVENTS [and anyone]. ANYONE violating any of
the provisions of this section shall be subject to
suspension or removal from their employment with the
county.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
