Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Supplements
"1-67", "9-67", "9-68", "No. 4, 6-69", "No- 5, 12-69",
"No. 6, 6-70", "No. 7, 9-70", [and] "No. 8, 3-71",
"NO. 9, 6-71" AND "NO. 10, 9-71" to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition), as prepared and published
by the Michie City Publications Company,
Charlottesville, Virginia, be and they are hereby
legalized, and made evidence of the laws of Anne
Arundel County, Maryland.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is
the intention of the County Council that the sections,
paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of the
Supplements hereby legalized are severable, and if any
phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph or section of the
Supplements hereby legalized shall be declared
unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by the valid
judgment or decree of a court of competent
jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality or invalidity
shall not affect any of the remaining phrases,
clauses, sentences, paragraphs and sections of the
Supplement hereby legalized.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this
Ordinance shall take effect forty-five (45) days from
the date it becomes law.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 6-116 of the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors",
Subtitle 1, "Generally", to repeal the provision
permitting motion pictures in the fifth election
district on Sundays, subject to certain
provisions.
