follows:

"SUBSECTION 414.13 SEPARATION BY
BREEZEWAY. PRIVATE GARAGES ATTACHED TO ONE (1) AND
TWO (2) FAMILY DWELLINGS SHALL BE PROTECTED AS
REQUIRED IN SECTION 414.11. SUCH GARAGES SEPARATED
FROM RESIDENCE OUTSIDE THE FIRE LIMITS BY A BREEZEWAY
NOT LESS THAN TEN FEET (10') IN LENGTH MAY BE OF
UNPROTECTED FRAME (TYPE 4-B) CONSTRUCTION BUT THE
JUNCTION OF THE GARAGE AND BREEZEWAY SHALL BE
FIRESTOPPED TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 876.0."

(18)  Strike all of Subsection 425.0.

(19)   Strike all of Subsection 429.52 and insert
new Subsection 429.52 in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place and stead of the section so stricken, and to
read as follows:

"FOR WALL SLOPES TO A DEPTH UP TO FIVE   FEET

(5') FROM THE TOP, THE WALL SLOPE SHALL NOT BE   MORE

THAN ONE FOOT (1') HORIZONTAL IN FIVE FEET      (5')
VERTICAL."

(20)   Strike all of Subsection 429.53 and insert
new Subsection 429.53 in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place and stead of the section so stricken, and to
read as follows:

"THE SLOPE OF THE FLOOR ON THE SHALLOW SIDE
OF THE TRANSITION POINT SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE FOOT (1')
VERTICAL TO TWELVE FEET (12') HORIZONTAL. THE
TRANSITION POINT BETWEEN SHALLOW AND DEEP WATER SHALL
BE BETWEEN THE 3-1/2' TO 4-1/2' DEPTH. THE SLOPE
RATION FOR THE BOTTOM OF THE DEEP END SHALL NOT EXCEED
ONE FOOT (1') VERTICAL TO THREE FEET (3') HORIZONTAL."

(21)   Strike all of Subsection 429.62 and insert
new Subsection 429.62 in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place and stead of the subsection so stricken, and to
read as follows:

"PUBLIC AND SEMI-PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS
SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE MARYLAND STATE DEPARTMENT OF
HEALTH REGULATIONS. THE PERTINENT PORTION OF THESE
REGULATIONS IS COVERED IN REGULATIONS 43L04, ENTITLED
'REGULATIONS GOVERNING PUBLIC SWIMMING POOLS AND
BATHING BEACHES'. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR POOLS
AND THE APPURTENANCES THEREOF BUST RECEIVE THE WRITTEN
