COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(15) Strike all of Section 301.0 and insert new
Section 301.0 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place
of the section so repealed, and to read as follows:

"FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTROL OF USE AND
CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS, THE FOLLOWING FIRE
DISTRICTS ARE ESTABLISHED.

"SUBSECTION 301.1. FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 -
SHALL COMPRISE THE ARIAS HOUSING HIGHLY HAZARDOUS AND
CONGESTED BUSINESS, COMMERCIAL, MANUFACTURING AND
INDUSTRIAL USES OR IN WHICH SUCH USES ARE DEVELOPING
OR ABE HEREAFTER ZONED COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL, THIS
TO INCLUDE MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING WHEN USED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE.

"SUBSECTION 301.2. FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2 -
SHALL COMPRISE THOSE AREAS HOUSING RESIDENTIAL USES
(USE GROUPS L1 AND L2) TOGETHER WITH RETAIL STORES,
BUSINESS AND AMUSEMENT CENTERS, OR IN WHICH SUCH USES
ARE DEVELOPING.

"SUBSECTION 301.3. OUTSIDE FIRE LIMITS -
ALL OTHER AREAS NOT INCLUDED IN FIRE DISTRICTS NOS. 1
AND 2 SHALL BE DESIGNATED AS OUTSIDE FIRE LIMITS."

(16)   Strike all     of Subsection 308.1 and insert
new Subsection 308.1 in   lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section     so repealed, and to read as
follows:

"SUBSECTION 308.1 STREET FRONTAGE
INCREASE. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION AND OF
TABLE 6 SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS SPECIFICALLY REQUIRING :
(1) AT LEAST TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) OF THE BUILDING
PERIMETER TO FACE ON A STREET OF OPEN SPACE NOT LESS
THAN THIRTY FEET (301) IN WIDTH; (2) THAT THIS PART OF
THE PERIMETER OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE TRULY
ACCESSIBLE PROM A PUBLIC STREET OR SPACE; AND (3) THAT
FIRE LANES THIRTY FEET (30') IN WIDTH LEADING TO A
PUBLIC STREET SHALL BE DESIGNATED WHERE REQUIRED TO
PROVIDE THIS ACCESSIBILITY OR FOR ACCESSIBILITY TO
MORE THAN TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT (25%) OF THE BUILDING
PERIMETER WHEN ACCESSIBILITY IS USED TO INCREASE THE
ALLOWABLE HEIGHTS AND AREAS AS SHOWN IN TABLE 6."

(17)   Strike all of Subsection 414.13, and insert
new Subsection 414.13 in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section so stricken, and to read as
