AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON
SAID HAPS AS "(F-45 AND H-36)":

CHANGE THE STEPHEN DUCKETT PROPERTY FROM R5 -

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C4 - HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL

DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE

INTERSECTION OF MD. RT. NO. 3 AND JOHN HOPKINS ROAD;

THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY BINDING ALONG JOHN HOPKINS ROAD A
DISTANCE OF 500' TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY AT A

1600' +, TO THE SOUTHERN PROPERTY BOUNDARY OF THAT

PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY STEPHEN V. DUCKETT AND

THENCE BINDING ON SAID SIDE OF SAID AVENUE SOUTHWARD

BINDING FOR 520 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF MD. RT. 2 AND

PARCEL OF LAND FRONTING FOR 520 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE
