COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

(59)  MAP NO. U 23 BE, AND IT IS HEREBY AMENDED AS
FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING DESIGNATED ON SAID MAP
AS "(F-15, H-14 AND G-8) ":

CHANGE THE JOSIAH H. TICE PROPERTY FROM R22 -

MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT TO C4 - HIGHWAY

COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, SAID PROPERTY BEING DESCRIBED AS

FOLLOWS; BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT THE INTERSECTION

FORMED BY THE SOUTH SIDE OF BESTGATE ROAD (30 FEET

WIDE), WITH THE WEST SIDE OF BARBERA DALE LANE, SAID

POINT OF BEGINNING BEING LOCATED 280' + FROM THE

INTERSECTION FORMED BY THE SOUTH SIDE OF BESTGATE ROAD

WITH THE EXTENSION SOUTHERLY 30' OF THE EAST SIDE OF

SEVERN GROVE ROAD; THENCE FROM THE PLACE OF BEGINNING
SO FIXED AND RUNNING WITH THE WEST SIDE OF BARBARA

DALE LANE SOUTH 23 DEGREES 09 MINUTES EAST 298' ;

THENCE LEAVING SAID LANE AND RUNNING ACROSS PART OF

THE TICE PROPERTY WITH A LINE DRAWN PARALLEL TO

BESTGATE ROAD, SOUTH 79 DEGREES 49 MINUTES WEST 150

FEET; THENCE WITH A LINE DRAWN PARALLEL TO BARBARA

DALE LANE, NORTH 23 DEGREES 09 MINUTES WEST 298 FEET

TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF BESTGATE ROAD; THENCE RUNNING

WITH THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID ROAD, NORTH 79 DEGREES 49

(60)  MAP NO. V22 (REVISED 3/6/72) BE, AND IT IS

HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS, SAID AMENDMENT BEING

CHANGE THE FRANK SKUBAL PROPERTY FROM R5 -

RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C4 - HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL

BEGINNING FOR THE SAME AT A POINT BEING THE

NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF BESTGATE ROAD AND AN UNNAMED
ROAD 550' + WEST OF LAWRENCE AVENUE; THENCE BINDING ON
THE WEST SIDE OF SAID UNNAMED ROAD 281.98' NORTHERLY;

THENCE BINDING ON A LINE EXTENDING PARALLEL TO

BESTGATE ROAD 604.13' SOUTHERLY; THENCE SOUTH 97

DEGREES 48 MINUTES 10 SECONDS EAST 281.98' TO THE

NORTH SIDE OF BESTGATE ROAD; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG
