KENT COUNTY

205 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent
County (1968 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being
Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title "Kent County", subtitle "County
Commissioners", to provide for the placement of
the office of Deputy Treasurer under the
Personnel System for the employees of Kent
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY, MARYLAND, That Section
205 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County
(1968 Edition and 1970 Supplement, being Article 15 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Kent County", subtitle "County Commissioners", be and
it is hereby repealed and re—enacted with amendments
to read as follows:

205. The Treasurer shall appoint a Deputy Treasurer
who shall qualify under the Constitution of the State
and shall give such bond to the Treasurer as he may
require and the Deputy Treasurer shall be under the
Personnel System for the employees of Kent County and
be compensated accordingly.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY,
MARYLAND, That this Act shall take effect on the 7th
day of July, 1972.

Ordered a fair summary thereof or the entire bill
shall be published in at least one newspaper of
general circulation in the County, not less than three
times, at weekly intervals, within a four week period.
