COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

Section K — Severability

If any part of this Ordinance shall be held void,
such part shall be deemed severable and the invalidity
thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this
Ordinance.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED BY THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KENT COUNTY,
MARYLAND, That this Act shall take effect on the 7th
day of July, 1972.

BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
Read the third time on May 23, 1972.
Passed.

Ordered a fair summary thereof or the entire bill
shall be published in at least one newspaper of
general circulation in the County, not less than three
times, at weekly intervals, within a four week period.
