MANCHESTER                                         2303

said lands, (11) South 38 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds West. 769.93 feet to a
steel pin on the east side of a gravel lane; then (12) North 61 degrees 10 minutes
59 seconds West, 2074.95 feet to a point in the center of Old Fort Schoolhouse
Road; then leaving said road and binding on the west property line of the lands of
William P. Farrell, (13) North 11 degrees 50 minutes 48 seconds West, 485.45 feet
to an iron pipe at the northwest property corner of said lands; then (14) North 40
degrees 06 minutes 31 seconds East, 2952.73 feet to a steel pin, the place of
beginning and containing 168.4626 acres of land, more or less.

Annexation 2: "Effective December 13, 1966"

Beginning for a corner in the South 70 degrees 53 minutes 55 seconds West
407.95 feet line of the property to be annexed and 298.75 feet from the beginning
thereof; said corner being in the North 7 7/8 degrees West 1540 foot line of the
perimeter of the Town of Manchester and 242.20 feet from the beginning thereof,
beginning of said line being a concrete monument; then with said line as now
surveyed, (1) North 13 degrees 14 minutes 33 seconds West 955.85 feet to a point
in the outline of the property to be annexed, said point being in the South 82
degrees 21 minutes 52 seconds East 313.76 feet line and 232.67 feet from the end
thereof; then with the outline of the property to be annexed the remaining courses,

(2)  South 82 degrees 21 minutes 52 seconds East 232.67 feet to a steel pin; then,

(3)  South 38 degrees 38 minutes 01 second East 276.18 feet to a steel pin at a
stone; then, (4 ) South 40 degrees 04 minutes 59 seconds East 629.39 feet to a point;
then, (5) South 71 degrees 13 minutes 47 seconds West 324.67 feet to a steel pin;
then, (6) South 70 degrees 53 minutes 55 seconds West 298.75 feet to a point, the
place of beginning, containing 8.3866 acres of land, more or less.

Annexation 3: "Effective March 14, 1967"

Beginning at the end of 400 feet on the 11th line of the area annexed to the
Town of Manchester by Resolution of the Mayor and Council of the Town of
Manchester, enacted February 22, 1966, and revised on June 16, 1966; and running
thence with said 11th line reversely, (1) North 38 degrees 50 minutes 10 seconds
East 400 feet to the end of the 10th line of said annexation; thence with part of
said 10th line reversely, (2) North 6 degrees 38 minutes 8 seconds East 460.64 feet;
thence by lines of division; (3) South 47 degrees 8 minutes 10 seconds East 489.35
feet; (4) North 62 degrees 37 minutes 53 seconds East 110.40 feet; thence with the
lines of the land of Charles J. Miller and wife, (5) South 38 degrees 48 minutes 55
seconds East 1123.13 feet; (6) North 62 degrees 35 minutes 07 seconds East 969.37
feet; (7) North 66 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East 388.34 feet to a point on the
edge of Maryland Route No. 30; thence with Maryland Route No. 30, (8) South
22 degrees 01 minutes 05 seconds East 407.72 feet; (9) South 58 degrees 28
minutes 45 seconds West 1797.07 feet; (10) North 50 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds
West 631.20 feet; (11) South 46 degrees 00 minutes 25 seconds West 58.34 feet;
(12) North 44 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds West 1084.02 feet to the place of
beginning.

Annexation 4: "Effective December 12, 1967"

Tract 1: Beginning for a corner at a point on the south right of way line of
Maryland State Route No. 27, said point being in the first line (North 18 degrees
West, 19.6 perches) of a deed from Allen R. Lippy and wife to Clinton V. Lippy
and wife, dated September 19, 1927, and recorded among the Land Records of
Carroll County in Liber E.M.M. Jr., No., 49, Folio 516, and 293.71 feet from the
beginning thereof; then with said line and the outline of said tract reversely and the
two following lines (1) South 23 degrees 46 minutes 34 seconds East, 18.26 feet to
a steel pin; then continuing on the same line south 23 degrees 46 minutes 34
seconds East, 250.45 feet to a steel pin; then still continuing on the same line
