the outline of said last mentioned deed reversely the two following lines, leaving

degrees East, 10 perches) of the first described parcel of said last mentioned deed

with said line and the outline of this last deed reversely the two following lines (5)

alley at lands previously sold to the Town of Manchester; then leaving the
perimeter of said deed and binding on lands previously sold to the Town of

steel pin; then still binding on said lands previously sold (9) North 41 degrees 42
minutes 34 seconds West, 16.22 feet to a point on the south right of way line of
Maryland State Route No. 27; then with said right of way line (10) North 50

land recently conveyed to the Town of Manchester; then binding on lands of Ralph

seconds East, 604.34 feet to a steel pin at a tract of land recently sold; then leaving
the perimeter of said deed and binding on the outline of the tract recently sold the
two following lines (2) South 38 degrees 42 minutes 57 seconds East, 135.43 feet to
a steel pin; then (3) North 57 degrees 50 minutes 11 seconds East, 172.27 feet to a
steel pin in the North 24 degrees West, 47 perches line of said deed; then with a
