13-112.

(b) Any hearing conducted pursuant to this [subtitle] TITLE shall be held in
accordance with the provisions for hearings in contested cases provided by the
Administrative Procedure Act (Article 41, §§ 251-256) as amended or
supplemented from time to time. Appeals from final decisions of the
Commissioner and further appeal to the Court of Appeals shall be as provided
therein. As part of the decision following any hearing, the Commissioner may
charge any party thereto with any portion of the costs of such hearing.

14-103.

(b) When there is a decree for the sale of any reversion in lands to which rent is
incident, the court may order any rent in [arrear] ARREARS to be sold with such
estate, and the purchaser shall have the same right to recover such rent by distress,
entry or action, as if he had been owner of the estate when the rent accrued.

14-112.

(A) Any trustee, escrowee, agent, attorney or other person acting in A
representative or fiduciary capacity who takes title to property without limitation
expressed in the grant to him, shall be deemed to have the power to grant,
transfer, or encumber the property or any interest therein except to the extent
limited by the grant to him or by another instrument recorded in the land records
of the county where the property is located before his grant, transfer or
encumbrance.

Except to the extent that any of the British statutes in force in Maryland on July
4, 1776 which have been enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland are
contained elsewhere in the Annotated Code of Maryland, the following British
