SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTIONS RELATING ONLY TO ZONING.

WHEREAS, The original zoning of the area proposed to be annexed to the
corporate limits as hereinabove set forth and the changing and rezoning of a tract
of land now within the corporate limits of the City and adjoining the area
proposed to be annexed as aforesaid, was referred to the Planning & Zoning
Commission which has studied the proposed original zoning and also the change
and rezoning of the tract hereinafter described, with respect to the Master Plan of
Zoning, the needs of the City, and the needs of the particular neighborhood in the
vicinity of said area and has approved by a unanimous vote of the members of said
Commission that the following original zoning and rezoning is proper and desirable
under all of the circumstances and should be accomplished.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the following described tract
within the area proposed to be annexed as aforesaid shall constitute a "Retail
Business District" or a part of a "Retail Business District," to wit:

Beginning at a point in the West marginal line of Frederick Street, said point
being South 13 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds East 1,104.12 feet from the
intersection of the South marginal line of East Wilson Boulevard and running
thence North 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West 549.63 feet to a point, thence
South 20 degrees 23 minutes 22 seconds West 201.20 feet to a point, thence South
45 degrees 15 minutes 36 seconds East 230.00 feet to a point, thence North 43
degrees 44 minutes 24 seconds East 70.00 feet to a point, thence South 46 degrees
15 minutes 36 seconds East 100.00 feet to a point, thence South 78 degrees 22
minutes 41 seconds East 386.24 feet to a point in the West marginal line of
Frederick Street, thence crossing Frederick Street North 76 degrees 06 minutes 50
seconds East 66.00 feet to the East marginal line thereof, thence with the said
marginal line North 13 degrees 54 minutes West 250.85 feet, thence leaving the
said East marginal line of Frederick Street and running back across Frederick
Street North 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds West 77.01 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 4.25 acres of land, more or less.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the remaining portion of said area
proposed to be annexed as aforesaid, shall constitute a "Residential A District" or
a portion of a "Residential A District."

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the following area which is now
within the corporate limits of the City of Hagerstown and which lies within a
"Residential A District" as shown by the Zone District Map mentioned and
referred to in Chapter 68 of the above mentioned Code of The City of
Hagerstown, Maryland, 1967, be and the same is hereby changed and rezoned to a
"Retail Business District," to wit:

Beginning at the intersection of the South marginal line of East Wilson
Boulevard and the West marginal line of Frederick Street and running thence with
the said South marginal line of East Wilson Boulevard North 78 degrees 22
minutes 41 seconds West 360.21 feet, thence leaving the said South marginal line
of East Wilson Boulevard South 13 degrees 54 minutes 41 seconds East 758.31
feet, thence South 20 degrees 23 minutes 22 seconds West 263.40 feet, thence
South 72 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East 549.63 feet to the said West marginal
line of Frederick Street, thence crossing Frederick Street South 72 degrees 52
minutes 30 seconds East 77.01 feet to the East marginal line thereof, thence with
the said East marginal line North 13 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds West 1,112.30
feet, thence leaving said East marginal line and running back across Frederick
Street North 78 degrees 22 minutes 41 seconds West 73.12 feet to the place of
beginning; containing 10.24 acres of land, more or less,
